End of Basketball Season 2023-2024 (Levi 7th Grade Season)

Well, fortunately, Levi was released from Dr. Jones to play basketball at the end of his season. He got to play in about 5 games. He scored a three pointer his last home game. We were so excited for him. He has gotten so much better and more confident. It is amazing really how good he is considering this is a new sport for him. It is in his genes! I love basketball. I kept the book this season for his team. I forgot how much I love the sport. 

Wrestling 2023-2024 (Landon's Sophomore Year)

Landon had a great sophomore wrestling season. He has come so far since his 8th grade year. He is so good at this sport; we love to watch him. Now that Levi can stay alone, I got to go to every Saturday tournament. Though they are long days in the gym, I love to go. It is fun to watch him and to hang with Carla and Sharon and a good book.  He had a lot of success this season. He placed in the Coopertown tournament this year. He also once again placed at Regions in Memphis. That was a fun weekend. Mimi and Pop Pop came down and went with us, and Lofton met us there. We did a little sightseeing because Mimi and Pop Pop had never been to Memphis. It was great to be with everyone that weekend. The next week, Landon bleached his hair since he advanced to the state tournament at MBA. It is so fun to watch him do what he loves. He has come so far since his 8th grade year. He is so good at this sport; we love to watch him.
