Not yet, not yet, not yet...

I wasn't ready for dating for Lofton, so I am really not ready for Landon to drive.  He is only 14, but he always asks to practice driving.  He is pretty good. 

 

Lofton and Caroline

In January, Lofton called me one day when I was at Kroger to ask me if he could go out with Caroline Draper.  I know he is sixteen and old enough to start dating, but I wasn't ready for this stage of life.  However, we love Caroline.  She ran cross country for me her 8th grade year.  She is a sweetie.  The first time she came over, we were sitting in the kitchen and heard Neil Diamond's "Sweet Caroline" blaring from Landon's room.  You gotta love younger brothers. 

 

Snow Much Winter Fun 2021

2021 brought the snow!  For the first time in several years, we had so much snow we got off a week of school; unfortunately, we had to zoom a few days for a few hours which made everyone upset, but we still got to enjoy the snow and some lazy days at home.  Levi had a great time building an igloo.  Of course, cold winter days are good for hunting, so Lofton and Phillip went duck hunting as they always do.
