Sugar High!

Lofton and Landon were on a sugar high Saturday after attending two birthday parties-one for Debbie Carla (Ella's Cabbage Patch doll) and one for our neighbor Clark! Amy called Saturday morning and invited us to Debbie Carla's birthday party, and of course, we are always up for an excuse to party and to get out of the house. Amy had went all out; the kids had decorated and Amy made cupcakes, and well, we got into it too because we took Debbie Carla a present. Lofton thorougly enjoyed his cupcake, and luckily Landon was upstairs entertaining himself, so he missed cupcake number one.

Then we left and went to Clark's birthday party where the boys both had some cake and a few pieces of candy from the pinata. Fortunately, Lofton also ate his hot dog, but I can't say the same for Landon. He just snacked on chips and Kool Aide. Believe it or not, Landon took a nap, but Lofton just rested on the couch. It was a good day. If Ella were smart, all her dolls would have a birthday!
