Joni and Larry had their annual Sunnyside Light Extravaganza the first weekend in December, which fell the day after Ella's 18th birthday, so we got to celebrate her as well. Parties at the Nesbitt's never disappoint. Larry had a trivia game for families, and we rode their roller coaster and walked up the hill to see the lights. The adults played dirty Santa as always, and we just enjoyed food, fun, and fellowship. I am thankful for friends and for traditions, and I am even more thankful that we got this party in a couple of weeks before the government mandate.
