Every since Lofton was born, I have purchased each child a Christmas ornament to reflect that year of their lives. I give them to them the night we decorate their tree. This year Landon got a plano since he is starting lessons this year. Lofton got an ornament with a football, basketball, and a baseball since he made the Goodpasture baseball team and is playing all three sports for the school this year. Levi requested a shoe because he learned to tie his shoe this year. Some day, they may not care about this at all, but I know I'll love looking back and reflecting on their younger years.
