Since we were not going to the beach, we had to plan a get away, and sine Lofton mentioned roller coasters, I talked to Amy and we planned a Kings Island trip. We caught a Reds Game and spent two days at the theme park. We were so lucky the first day- there wasn't a big crowd, and we didn't have to wait in many lines. The kids loved the roller coasters. Levi loved the Vortex. Everyone else loved the Diamond Back, and the big kids even rode it at midnight in the front car. It was a fun trip minus losing Levi for what felt like an eternity- Jude and Lofton found him at the Vortex, of course.
