Christmas Day 2021

Christmas Day started bright and early at 6am thanks to Landon who set an alarm and woke everyone up! It makes me happy that he still gets so excited.  We went upstairs to open presents from Santa then came down to Phillip's "snack" of homemade cinnamon rolls and chocolate milk. Then we let the boys open presents from us;  Landon got a phone- finally; Levi got a chair for his desk, a cozy blanket, and an Apple pencil; Lofton got a bow.  We also opened gifts with Mimi and Pop Pop.

It was around 75 degrees Christmas Day, so since I couldn't enjoy a fire and hot cocoa, we enjoyed a few walks outside.  Caroline came over to see us for a bit on her way to her dad's.  We snacked all day and played with gifts.  We played the burrito game and telephone pictionary, and then we watched Christmas with the Kranks.  It was a great Christmas.
