Titan Up!
Farm Day
Goodpasture Homecoming
Goodpasture Homecoming is a huge deal, and this was our first year to experience it. The high school students spent two weeks making floats, and there I learned a new word- pomping. Pomping is the rolling of tissue paper, and let's just say they roll A TON of tissue paper between the sophomores and seniors. It is ridiculous, but the floats are fabulous. I went one night and glued for hours, and the boys and I went again, and they helped.
Then there is a huge parade the day of the game. Landon got to be in it because he was in the homecoming court. Then the night of the game, we went because Landon got to dress up (he was thrilled) and escort the freshman attendants. It was cute, and Mimi and Pop Pop came to see him. It was a fun week! (FYI- these pics are out of order; I can't figure out how to fix it; it's driving me nuts)
Mommy and Levi Time
On a Saturday morning, I asked the boys what they wanted to do that morning, and I made the mistake of mentioning the zoo. Well, that hooked Levi, so when Phillip came home from work suggesting that we take a picnic and go fishing, it was too late. Levi had his mind made up. So, the boys went fishing, and Levi and I went to the zoo, which was secretly fine by me because I don't like fishing. :) However, I was regretting it when we pulled in to the zoo parking lot and saw that it was opening day of the kangaroos; therefore, the zoo was packed. But, we had a great time. We stayed four or five hours, and we rode the train and the carousel, and we played on the playground for an hour. And, we of course saw the kangaroos. It was a special day; I enjoyed our one on one time.
Bible Bowl
This was Landon's first year to participate in Bible Bowl, and Lofton's third year, and although, Levi is not old enough to participate in Bible Bowl, he got to go this year. We always have a great time going with Becky and her gang to Cookeville; the kids love the pool at the hotel where we stay. Levi especially enjoyed the hot tub with all the ladies. And, he and Logan got to play at McDonalds during the actual Bible Bowl. The boys did great, and they learned a lot about the Bible, so they are winners.

Levi's 3rd Birthday
We celebrated Levi's 3rd birthday at the "dinosaur park" with a shark themed party. Levi loves sharks, and the dinosaur park as he calls it. It was a beautiful day, and we all enjoyed being outside. He got some great things, and he had a great time with his friends.
For his actual birthday, we went to Chuck E Cheese, and we ate dinner at home. He had fun playing with his work bench that Mimi got hism.
