Enjoying Christmas Gifts

My parents got Landon a golf net for Christmas and Levi got a skate ramp from Santa.  It was too cold on Christmas to enjoy it, but by December 27th, in true Nashville fashion, the weather took at turn, and it got warmer.  Unfortunately, Lofton couldn't enjoy his new bow release because of his sling. Hope he will be able to enjoy his soon. 

 

New Year's Eve- Ringing In 2023

 

Cabin Fever 2023 was our 10th year to ring in the New Year with our friends.  The kids, Ella, and Jude and I left on Thursday the 29th bc Phillip had to work and Gabe wanted to go to the Titans game.  Everyone else came up later that night or the next day. As always, we had so much fun.  We played a lot of Nerts and Poker and Empire; we hiked; we watched old movies, and we ate and laughed and talked.  It is always so much fun to be together.  These memories I know will last a lifetime for us all. 

McConnell's Christmas 2022

On Tuesday, December 27th,we went to Heather's for our McConnell Christmas gathering.  We had a great time playing games and eating.  It was relaxing and nice to see everyone. Of course, we enjoyed a delicious McConnell's meal.
