We have had our elf, Yogurt since 2008, and he has obviously ran out of hiding places, so this year he has changed things up a bit. Of course, not every morning is as good as others, but here is a look at some of his best. (I'll keep adding pics to this post) My favorite has been the snowman/donut breakfast cause I loved waking up to the sound of Lofton talking to Yogurt and going in the kitchen to find Lofton sitting at the table eating breakfast with Yogurt. He's also been spotted playing Wii, reading books with Levi's dog, and riding around in the Batmobile!

2011 Ornaments

Every year I get the boys an ornament that I give to them when we put up our tree. And each year, I want the ornament to symbolize something they like to remind me/us of what they were in to each year. This year I got Lofton a basketball ornament since it is his first year to play basketball, and I made Landon's ornament- a golden Snitch to remind us of his love for Harry Potter.

Thanksgiving

For the first time since Lofton's first Thanksgiving, our entire family got together for Thanksgiving dinner. It was so nice getting to see everyone; I really enjoyed watching the boys play with their cousins. It brought back wonderful memories of many Thanksgivings when I was little and got to hang out all day with my cousins, which was the best part of any holiday.

The entire extended weekend was so much fun. I kicked it off by running in my first 5K. I ran it in 27 mins. And, mom and I of course shopped on Black Friday. We spent the rest of the weekend just hanging out. We have a lot to be thankful for.

Landon's 1st Sleepover

When Phillip and Lofton took their annual "hunting" trip to Missouri with Jonathan and Jude, I let Landon have his first sleepover. His buddy Landon spent the night. They had so much fun baking cookies, jumping in pillow cases, watching a movie, eating popcorn, and painting. And Levi joined right in on the fun. They were so good and went to bed so easily; in fact, Landon Mac asked to go to bed cause he was tired. Can't beat that kind of sleep over.

The boys had a blast smashing our pumpkins with hammers and riding over them with the jeep. They did not have much fun cleaning up the mess!
